Software Implementer

You have

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing role experience
• Experience in agile project management
• Minimum 1-2 years of agile project management experience
• A great attitude and experience dealing with various stakeholders
• Previous experience with client training and onboarding
• Past exposure to onboarding a problem solving for customers, preferably with a SaaS-based platform
• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. With the ability to explain complex concepts concisely. You will need to feel confident talking with business owners and engaging with them about their operations and work activities.
• Highly organise and excellent time management to co-ordinate multiple implementations simultaneously
• Understanding how to build a CX process and be able to demonstrate that with clients
• Bonus Experience in basic JavaScript
• Bonus Experience in the Construction or Hire & Rental Industry or Energy/Utilities or Heavy Plant Equipment Maintenance
• Australian work rights accepted for all visa types

You will

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders. To truly embrace this role, you need to have fun with clients whilst showing patience, attentiveness and a willingness to help
• Understand and anticipate the Client's business needs, and design solutions that improve their experience with Cloudcon Software
• Manage a few different projects, across a few different regions, looking after up to 10 implementations and you will be closely involved with all of the other Cloudcon teams to ensure we have aligned OKRs for the business
• Learn about the out customer's challenges and take the time to understand the desired outcomes to help solve their business needs
• Be analytically focused.

What success looks like

In the first month, you will get a full induction to Cloudcon to truly understand the product. You will get to meet the whole Customer Success team and the departments you are working cross-functionally with for the best customer outcomes. By the end of the first month, you will be working with your first set of customers. You will start to go onsite to meet our customers.

By the end of the second month, you have already begun to form solid relationships and answer all questions they may have in a timely manner. By the end of the third month, you will have grasped the onboarding process with customers and be able to predict their initial needs. You will also have reached out to the initial set of clients and are reaching out to them to check they are fully utilising the product.

Our team has a diverse range of experience therefore we are open to hearing all walks of life, no formal qualifications are required. This role would also be suitable for a commerce/business management graduate.
