The Opportunity

Clear, supportive pathway to Site Manager

The Kane Constructions Site Manager Traineeship has been developed to provide core values, increase the skill base and improve the knowledge of our trainees, culminating in the graduation of quality Site Managers.

It is designed to emphasise to young Site Managers the qualities and skills which are important to Kane Constructions, and to expose young Site Managers to activities and tasks that are often avoided.

About You

You will ideally demonstrate;

  • Qualifed carpentry background
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
