With a customer connect team managing general enquiries, a customer operations team providing specialist support and a national R&M team backing you up, you'll be free to focus on what you do best—building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing
Like the conductor of an orchestra, you will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
  • Provide interpretations of bylaws and strata legislation to stakeholders
  • Address correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
  • Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders
  • Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings—agendas, budgets, minutes
  • Manage Client retention (including 1st level complaints, overseeing problems, and providing guidance)
  • Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

What You'll Bring

  • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Relevant State licensing (if required)
  • Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A collaborative, empathetic mindset and a passion for helping others grow
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to keep learning
