We are seeking applications for a suitably qualified person to join an established specialist medical practice in the role of Medical Receptionist. This position is 2 days a week Monday and Tuesday and also to be able to cover sick/annual leave when required. Previous experience in medical administration essential.

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Medical software (Genie) preferred but not essential
  • Cover personal/annual leave as required
  • Other duties as required
