*Mechanical Team Leader – Lead, Inspire, and Get Things Done*
Based at various locations across WA | Full-time 8x6 roster | Reporting to the Branch Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind a skilled work team, ensuring equipment servicing, inspections, and repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

*What You'll Do*

  • Coordinate and oversee all equipment servicing and repairs to maximise reliability and availability
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to perform at their best every day
  • Provide expert advice on diagnostics and customer requirements
  • Train and guide technicians on service procedures and Baseplan systems
  • Keep parts, tools, and consumables stocked and ready to go
  • Champion a strong safety culture across your team and branch
  • Jump in and get hands-on with servicing and repairs when needed
