We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the digital uplift of Enterprise wide CRM and ERP systems.
This role is focused on driving innovation, process improvement, and maximising platform value.
You will be working within cross-functional teams and alongside external delivery partners, where you will successfully apply Agile ways of working to deliver efficiencies and uplift enterprise capability. With platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle PeopleSoft already implemented, the priority will be to unlock their full potential and embed sustainable improvements.
Sitting at the intersection of transformation, support, and continuous improvement, this role requires a delivery leader with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Oversee initiatives spanning transformation, support functions, and continuous improvement streams.
- Partner with internal teams and external consultancies/vendors to ensure aligned, high-quality outcomes.
- Champion productivity, innovation, and new ways of working to uplift delivery capability.
- Provide robust project governance, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are effectively managed.
- Lead Agile delivery practices, including ceremonies, cadence, metrics, and governance reporting (e.g., PMO, steering committees).
- Influence, educate, and engage a broad range of stakeholders to foster collaboration and commitment.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience delivering digital projects across multiple concurrent streams.
- Demonstrated success managing vendors and delivery partners.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery, including ceremonies, metrics, and reporting into governance forums.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and innovation to deliver efficiencies.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- A positive, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on outcomes.
- Availability to be on-site three days per week.
