Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage daily workshop operations, ensuring seamless functionality.

Build strong relationships with our drivers and collaborate as part of a greater team.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Exhibit ownership, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of your work.

Oversee and closely collaborate with a trade assistant.
What We're Looking For:

Valid qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (Certificate III) or equivalent.

Experience in the Heavy Diesel repair industry.
-
Proven leadership skills.

Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.

Commitment to Safety and Quality Assurance Policies.
