Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage daily workshop operations, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Build strong relationships with our drivers and collaborate as part of a greater team.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Exhibit ownership, accountability, and integrity in all aspects.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Valid qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Experience in the Heavy Vehicle and trailer diagnostic, repair and servicing including but not limited to Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, and UD
- Previous transport operations exposure (advantageous)
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills to ensure truck wheels stay on the road
- Commitment to Safety and Quality Assurance Policies.
- Previous exposure to leadership role (advantageous)
