Job DescriptionIn this pivotal role, you will identify funding and tender opportunities, coordinate high-quality submissions, and build strong partnerships with funding bodies, government, and philanthropic organisations. Your expertise will help shape are-able's future and ensure our initiatives are well-resourced and aligned with our vision and values.
Responsibilities include:
- Research, monitor and pursue funding, grant, and tender opportunities.
- Develop funding strategies for new and existing programs.
- Coordinate timely and professional submissions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners and stakeholders.
- Provide advice, reporting, and continuous improvement strategies for future submissions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in funding applications and tender writing.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Communications, Writing & Publishing, Business, Public Policy).
- Strong understanding of Australian government funding programs and corporate partnerships.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and are-able's values.
