If that gets you excited, let's talk.About The RoleAt Euc, our lean, high-performing Talent team partners closely with hiring managers to scale teams across Australia, Manila, Japan, the UK, and Germany. This role will specifically focus on delivering business-critical leadership roles across APAC, and leading a team of Talent Partners based in Manila. You'll also collaborate with our broader Talent team and leaders across the business to design and execute innovative, scalable hiring strategies. You'll own pipelines, shape our employer brand, and help us hire talent that aligns with our mission and values.We work in fast cycles, set OKRs company-wide, and adapt quickly to new insights or market shifts.
