SuccessFactors Solution Architect

SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect - COE, Canberra, ACT, Australia. This role supports the Centre of Excellence for Federal Australian Agencies to guide ERP migrations to the cloud. Initial assignment is an 18-month transformation program, with potential transition into the broader Customer Success and Delivery area.

• Consulting in functional solution architecture (determine solution landscape and functional integration among SAP and SuccessFactors areas).
• On-need basis, consulting in application-specific solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (business case creation, process walkthroughs, solution implementation, test case creation, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go-live support, and post go-live support).
• Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews.
• Support in escalated projects.
• Support of pre-sales activities / scoping / system demos.
• Supporting customers where renewal is at risk.
• Detailed planning of solution/architecture implementation.
• Define detailed design for development requirements.
• Support in project management.
• Knowledge of HR theory and trends across multiple processes (e.g., Talent Management, Hire to Retire).

• Support sales and services teams to build business cases and qualify business drivers.
• Support Sales and services teams to estimate Rough Orders of Magnitude.
• Engage early in SAP SuccessFactors opportunities and assess customer's functional and technical readiness to move to SF and the Cloud.
• Assist scoping workshops and emphasize customer-side readiness activities.
• Validate effort estimates and high-level implementation timelines.
• Provide support with scoping requirements.
• Follow SAP Activate Methodology and project streams to implement projects.
• Provide instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, production cutover strategy, and post go-live support strategy.
• Work collaboratively with consultants to manage project deliverables.
• Coordinate with module leads and provide best/leading practices and guidance on cross-module processes and data integration.
• Participate in weekly project-manager and delivery meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors product-suite, including reviewing periodic release updates.
• Lead small projects and change requests.
• Ensure customer is referenceable; work with broader SAP teams to create collateral and ensure customer details are available in the Customer Reference Platform.

• More than six (6+) years of consulting experience including solution architecture covering SAP HCM (including Time and Payroll) and SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central).
• Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders.
• Ability to share knowledge and work with process leads in a collaborative manner.
• Ability to guide customers from SAP On-premise HCM to SAP SuccessFactors cloud transition.
• Ability to review existing processes and provide accurate estimation and scoping for new SAP SuccessFactors implementations / migrations.
• Experience with at least three (3) full-cycle implementations preferred.
• Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Good knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools.

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• English: Fluent. Knowledge of additional language desirable.
• Formal SAP certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Education qualification in HR domain is an additional advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise deliverables.
