Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our Centre of Excellence team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in solution architecture covering SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, including Employee Central. They will be responsible for determining solution landscapes, functional integration among various SAP and SF areas, and consulting on application-specific solutions such as SF Employee Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams to build business cases and estimate project costs
  • Engage early in SAP SuccessFactors opportunities and assess customer readiness
  • Maintain knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors product-suite
  • Lead small projects and change requests
  • Ensure customers are referenceable

Requirements:

  • More than six years of experience in consulting and solution architecture
  • Sufficient HR domain knowledge and understanding of SAP Activate methodology
  • Good understanding of project management tools such as MS Project
