What's in it for you?

• Flexible hours: 8:30am–2:30pm or 9am–3pm, 5 days/week

• $37.13/hour pay rate

• In-office role based in Scoresby

• 22nd September – 30th November (with potential to extend)

• Open to Working Holiday Visa's

About the role:

• Accurately enter customer orders into SAP

• Handle queries via phone, email, web portal, and EDI

• Support inbound calls and emails professionally

• Meet KPIs and performance targets

• Help identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency

• Follow directives from the Orders Team Leader

About you:

• 3+ years in Customer Service / Orders role in FMCG

• Strong Excel, Outlook, Word skills; SAP experience essential

• High attention to detail and time management

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
