We're a digital marketing consultancy based in Warriewood, with a team of five who help brands grow through smart, honest, results-driven marketing. Since launching 18 months ago, we've grown quickly through word-of-mouth, strong relationships, and work we're proud of — and we're now looking for someone to grow with us.

We're after someone creative and social — a designer who knows how to make content that connects. You'll create and manage content for both paid and organic social media, helping our clients show up beautifully and authentically online.

We work closely together, bounce ideas off each other daily, and genuinely care about the work we do and the people we do it with.

What You'll Do:

  • Design image and video content for social media ads (mostly in Canva)
  • Manage and post organic social content for clients (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Collaborate with our team on campaign concepts and creative ideas
  • Stay up to date with social trends, AI tools, and design best practices

Bonus:

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools like Later or Buffer
  • Portfolio or examples of social media work

The Role:

  • Part-time: ~20 hours per week (with room to extend)
