Black Caviar Designs is a Sydney-based, family-run fashion accessories brand known for our premium vegan leather handbags and functional, fashion-forward sets. Our pieces are designed with love, and we’re passionate about creating timeless, cruelty-free styles that don’t compromise on practicality or polish.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part-time **Social Media Coordinator** to bring our content to life, help build a vibrant digital community, and contribute to elevating our online presence.

Based at our head office located in **Warriewood, Sydney. 2 days initially per week.**

**Start Date: SOON AS POSSIBLE**

**The Role**

We’re after a creative and organised content lover who knows how to tell a story, stay ahead of social trends, and drive meaningful engagement across platforms. You'll work closely with our team to plan, create, and manage content that aligns with the Black Caviar voice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest
- Write captions and assist in managing the content calendar
- Track insights and report on performance across channels
- Support coordination of influencer and UGC campaigns
- Assist on shoot days (including BTS content capture)
- Respond to DMs and engage with our community
- Stay up to date with social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media content creation (fashion/lifestyle a bonus)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok & Meta scheduling tools
- Great eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling
- Confident writer with brand tone awareness
- Proactive, reliable, and organised
- Passionate about fashion, content creation, and contributing to a brand’s next chapter
- Photography and Canva/Adobe skills are a plus
