What will you be responsible for?
This role reports to our Commercial Director ANZ and will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key business partners to drive sales growth and enhance our market presence.
Your key activities in this role will be:-
- To identify, engage and onboard new partner organisations
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive partner engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support and resources to help them succeed in selling our solutions
- Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights and feedback to optimise channel effectiveness
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to sell our products effectively
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing colleagues to develop co-marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns that drive partner sales and success
What are we looking for?
We're on the hunt for an individual who is passionate, energetic, a master collaborator and brings a positive attitude to work each day.
- Proven experience in a B2B channel sales management or partner development role, where you have created and executed end to end
- Exceptional sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Commercial acumen, a strategic thinker and a passion for collaboration and growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in a CRM software, preferably Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
