Bluefin Resources are working with a prestigious government enterprise to recruit a Data Standards Manager for a 12 month contract with further extensions.

**Job Details**:
This prestigious government enterprise is embarking on a program of work to digitise and modernise key business operations using contemporary methods and technologies.

The program will identify and realise opportunities across the infrastructure lifecycle from optioneering through to statutory planning, business case development, detailed design, delivery and asset management.

The Digitalisation program is an executive priority project which the work scheduled is unable to be completed by the existing workforce.

The Data & Reporting Analyst will have experience in data collection, analysis and reporting. The focus of the role is to drive the improvement of reporting provided across the business and increase the data analysis undertaken to aid key business decision making. The roles and responsibilities include:

- Working with senior leaders to understand their challenges and requirements.
- Communicate with non technical business users to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve data quality and data reconciliation issues.
- Data cleaning and processing using various data scrubbing or ETL techniques.
- Develop interactive Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Analyse and interpret data and produce relevant statistics and visualisations to describe trends and patterns.
- Implement various measures for data integrity, security and governance.

**On Offer** - This is an initial 12 month contract with a high chance of extensions. 4 days working from home and 1 day in the CBD offices.
