We’re looking for a talented Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Insurance Operations function. This role sits within the Reporting & Insights team, where you'll be empowered to design and deliver smart, data-led solutions that directly shape business strategy, optimise performance, and drive risk-aware decisions across the organisation.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders and a wide cross-section of teams to help turn complex data into actionable insights, improve reporting capability, and enhance data governance maturity. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact, with flexible working and exposure across multiple business units.

**What you’ll do**
- Collaborate with the Reporting & Insights Lead to build a reporting roadmap aligned to strategic business priorities
- Deliver visual dashboards and analytical solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- Perform deep-dive analysis and identify trends to support operational decision-making and process improvements
- Drive data governance best practices and contribute to compliance uplift in line with Suncorp’s Group standards
- Create business-aligned reporting packs and support benefit realisation tracking for initiatives
- Work with internal data stewards, technology teams, and cross-functional analysts to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility

**What you’ll bring**
- 3+ years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or BI roles - ideally within financial services or insurance
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience analysing and interpreting large datasets to deliver business insights
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of key data platforms (e.g. Redshift, ClaimsCentre, Protect) and an understanding of data governance principles
