About the Role
We are seeking a professional
Sponsor Liaison
to join our team on a 6-month independent contract. This role will be pivotal in managing and nurturing sponsor relationships in the lead-up to our event, ensuring our valued partners receive maximum benefit and return on their investment.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Onboarding new sponsoring partners
once contracted, including setting up promo codes and partner pages. - Building strong relationships
with sponsors, including regular meetings to discuss involvement in the event and engagement of senior leadership. - Maximising ROI
for sponsors by guiding them through branding, engagement, and participation opportunities. - Managing sponsor deliverables
such as workshops and plenary sessions – confirming topics, panellists, and logistics. - Supporting marketing efforts
by promoting sponsor workshops via Social Media and coordinating with their marketing teams for amplification. - Handling sponsor queries
via email with efficiency and professionalism. - Driving sponsor engagement
, ensuring they distribute their allocated 50–100 invitations to clients and prospects.
About You
- Background in
event sponsorship, partnerships, or client relationship management
. - Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Confident in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiar with
LinkedIn marketing and event promotion
. - A self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment.
