Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator for BOQ Business, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth and supporting BOQ Business (BOQB), BOQ Specialist (BOQS), and BOQ Finance (BOQF) products for business customers across direct and intermediary channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing campaigns and digital projects that enhance brand awareness and consideration.

You'll support the Business Events team in delivering events and managing sponsorships and associations, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including creative and media agencies, to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of initiatives. You'll also assist in measuring campaign effectiveness against marketing goals and KPIs, and provide operational support across budgets, event logistics and supplier liaison.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll contribute to impactful marketing efforts and help bring the BOQ Group values of Spirited, Optimistic, Curious, Inclusive, Accountable, and Lionhearted to life.

About you

You're an organised and proactive marketer with experience in marketing or business (sponsorship and/or event management experience is a plus). You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications and have solid written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

You understand how different channels (sponsorships, events, digital and paid media) work together to deliver integrated campaigns. You're comfortable working autonomously, managing deadlines and communicating updates to stakeholders. Your stakeholder management skills include liaising with external agency partners and suppliers, and you bring strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
