What You'll Be Doing
  • Running the floor: leading day-to-day operations with energy and clarity
  • Training and backing your team to grow and thrive
  • Creating strong connections with guests and regulars
  • Keeping POS systems and menus current
  • Managing stock and ordering with precision
  • Problem-solving on the fly and maintaining high service standards
  • Owning the venue's performance like it's your own
What You Bring
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Food handlers certificate and approved Manager's License
  • A passion for hospitality and genuine team leadership
  • A cool head in a busy environment and a solutions-first mindset
  • Understanding of DRGL/OHS requirements (or a willingness to learn fast)
  • Financial awareness and confidence making smart operational calls
  • A drive to create culture, not just manage people
