About the Role

We're seeking exceptional professionals with a five-star hospitality, concierge, or luxury retail background who are ready to bring their service expertise into the health, fitness, and wellness industry.

This is not your average front-desk position — it's an elevated concierge and membership sales role, built around genuine connection, presentation, and world-class customer experience.

As our Concierge & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and members, delivering luxury-level service while guiding new clients through our premium membership and wellness offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Present and promote premium membership options, programs, and experiences with a consultative, service-first approach.
  • Deliver tailored tours and personalised introductions to facilities.
  • Handle enquiries (in-person, phone, and digital) and convert interest into memberships.
  • Coordinate across departments — fitness, Pilates, recovery, and events — ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with member onboarding, retention, and VIP care.
  • Maintain a pristine, five-star environment across all guest touchpoints.
  • Support marketing activations, business collaborations, and community events.

Who You Are

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge service, or premium sales (e.g. hotel, resort, airline, or high-end retail).
  • Naturally persuasive through connection and professionalism, not pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different personalities.
  • Confident multitasker with a strong eye for detail.
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and lifestyle.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking or CRM systems.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
