We're looking for a Regional Marketing Lead to help deliver brand excellence across our global markets.
Your Role:
Based at our state-of-the-art Brisbane Head Office, this newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how global campaigns come to life in local markets. You'll play a key role in driving events, activations, and regional storytelling that strengthen brand perception and engagement. Acting as the link between our Brisbane team and international markets, you'll oversee campaign execution, trade activations, and retail support while building strong relationships with distributors, chefs, and local influencers. Your market insights will help guide global marketing initiatives, ensuring every campaign resonates locally while maintaining Stanbroke's premium brand integrity.
What You'll Do:
- Execute brand campaigns and activations across all channels, ensuring alignment with Stanbroke's global brand guidelines.
- Partner with distributors and sales teams to plan and deliver Chef's Tables, trade shows, and sampling events.
- Coordinate local content capture (photography, video) and provide input into region-specific storytelling.
- Support retail and food service activations, ensuring brand presentation and activations elevate perception and engagement in-market.
- Assist with local ambassador and chef partnerships, working with HQ to bring authentic advocates to the brands.
- Collaborate with the Content & Digital Marketing team to adapt and share regional content across digital and social channels.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive and creative marketer with 3+ years' experience in brand, trade, or event marketing, ideally within FMCG, food, or hospitality sectors.
- Experience managing events, activations, or customer programs from concept to execution.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you're able to work collaboratively with distributors, chefs, and internal teams.
- A passion for food culture and creating brand experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Bilingual or multilingual ability is highly regarded.
