About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Product Manager to lead the development of customer-focused products that deliver measurable value. Sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, this role blends strategy with hands-on delivery.
You'll collaborate with design, engineering, data, and operations teams to define product direction, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional experiences. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and balances short-term delivery with long-term vision.
What You'll Do
Define and communicate product vision aligned with strategy and customer needs
Use research, insights, and data to identify opportunities and validate ideas
Own the product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and iteration
Partner with teams to prototype, test, and refine features
Build clear, evidence-based business cases
Support go-to-market and scaling initiatives
About You
Proven track record in product management (digital, AI, or customer-focused sectors ideal)
Skilled at turning challenges into testable solutions
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
Excellent collaborator across engineering, design, and data
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Passionate about innovation, customer value, and continuous improvement
