About the Role

We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our Group People & Culture team. This 12-month fixed-term role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for talent management, succession planning, and building future capability. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen leadership capability and organisational resilience.
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to align people capability to business strategy.
  • Design and deliver talent management frameworks that align with our Workday implementation
  • Identify, engage, and grow our high-potential employees globally.
  • Lead and embed a succession planning process that will set Kelsian up for an exciting and successful future.
  • Analyse workforce data and insights to shape future capability planning across a global business.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings the expertise and energy to jump-start our transformation and growth agenda. You will have:

  • A passion for developing people and building future-ready capability.
  • Experience in organisational development, talent management, and/or workforce planning.
  • A mature understanding of tools and strategies that can support capability uplift across a large organisation
  • Proven skills in designing organisational frameworks across complex, multi-jurisdictional companies
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute programs that drive real and lasting change.
  • An analytical mindset, with the confidence to turn insights into strategy.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (desirable).
