Quality Co-Ordinator

The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Co-ordinator to join our Canberra-based team. This role is central to maintaining and administering Wisdom's quality and governance systems, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice across all funded learner programs and RTO operations.

Key Responsibilities

·   Support processes for funded qualifications, including information materials, applications, invoicing tasks, enrolments, and ongoing learner support.

· Support creation and maintenance of trainer profiles, matrices, qualifications, and PD records and quality documents for programs.

· Ensure assessment systems comply with Training Package requirements and relevant standards.

· Administer accredited program registrations, class setup, enrolments, results, and certificate issuance.

· Support collection and reporting of quality data to ASQA and other regulatory bodies.

· Complete training package rules and unit of competency currency checks.

· Liaise with facilitators and project managers during program preparation.

· Coordination of validation activities as part of the validation panel.

·  Act as primary contact for quality assurance of learner administrative support.

· Administer the governance schedule and support ongoing governance activities.

· Support the Quality and Governance Manager in monitoring and implementing best practice learning and assessment strategies.

What We're Looking For

· Experience in RTO administration, quality coordination, or compliance roles within a training or education environment.

· Working knowledge of aXcelerate, AVETARS, or similar student management systems.

· Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks for accredited training.

· Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

· Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to respond to queries professionally and efficiently.

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
