We're now hiring a Finance Manager to join our team at our Auburn Head Office. This opportunity is for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and delivering accurate financial insights.

Your Role as a GOgetter

As a Finance Manager at BINGO, you'll be a key player in our finance team — helping to streamline operations, enhance systems, and ensure our reporting is spot-on. You'll work across month-end processes, treasury tasks, and automation initiatives, all while contributing to a more efficient and future-focused finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify manual and repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions
  • Support system enhancement projects, including documentation and testing
  • Improve workflows using Excel, Power Query, and other automation tools
  • Complete month-end journals, reconciliations, and reporting in line with Group timelines
  • Maintain accurate financial data through balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Assist in preparing monthly management reports aligned with accounting standards
  • Perform intercompany invoicing and reconciliations with clear audit trails
  • Monitor daily bank balances and assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Support bank reconciliations and account maintenance

What Makes You a GOgetter

  • CPA or CA qualified
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial accounting
  • Strong hands-on experience with month-end close, journal prep, and reporting
  • Exposure to treasury operations and cash flow forecasting
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive automation
  • Solid understanding of accruals, prepayments, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel is a must)
