Club Manager - New Club

Our brand new club is looking for a driven, outgoing and goal orientated Club Manager with great sales skills, and an ability to provide superior customer service to members of our club.

Are you a person that can build relationships and new connections within our local community? This is a unique opportunity to lead from day one - driving pre-sales during construction and then building a successful fitness business that serves the Kingswood area.

About You

About The Role

As Club Manager, you are critical to the success of our brand new club. You will be responsible for driving membership pre-sales while we're under construction, then leading all operations to build club culture and achieve ongoing success

You have a direct effect on the club growth and club income—a huge responsibility; are you up for it?

Key responsibilities will include:

Pre-Opening Phase:

  • Drive membership pre-sales during construction phase
  • Build local awareness and excitement for our new location
  • Establish partnerships with local businesses and community groups

Ongoing Operations:

  • Member retention and engagement
  • Conducting sales consultations and tours
  • Promote the club brand and image within the local community
  • Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
  • Meet and greet potential and existing members and provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Create a vibrant, fun & positive club culture
  • Maintaining and promoting Anytime Fitness through social media platforms
  • Maintain cleanliness standards of the club
  • Ensure Anytime Fitness processes and guidelines are followed at all times
  • Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and financial performance
Essential Criteria
  • Fitness Industry experience with a passion for health and wellness
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Target driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
  • A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude with the desire to continuously improve
  • Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast paced environment
  • Be well presented, professional and punctual
  • A friendly personality and likeable disposition where talking to people comes naturally
  • A desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
