Head Chef – Springwood Sports Club

Springwood Sports Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role at a well-loved community venue with supportive management, a collaborative team culture, and the freedom to showcase creativity.

About the Role:

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and specials creation to stock control, rostering, and leading a motivated team. You'll play a key role in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Financial awareness and ability to manage food and labour costs
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a calm, fair approach under pressure
