We're now looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our East Arm, NT site.

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse functions, supervising a team of dedicated staff, and driving performance in safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising warehouse staff to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Managing daily operations including goods receival, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and investigations.
  • Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to meet KPIs and client expectations.
  • Upholding WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and company compliance standards.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Delivering staff training, conducting toolbox talks, and maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
  • Reporting incidents, near misses, and safety hazards via our compliance systems.
  • Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

About You

We're looking for a practical, organised, and safety-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervising staff.
  • A current forklift licence and confidence operating in a hands-on role.
  • Solid knowledge of WHS and CoR regulations.
  • Experience with inventory systems and strong attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and a calm, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • A commitment to punctuality, safety, and teamwork.
