Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager the Commercial Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the respective sales and operational divisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyse sales performance, category mix, and rebates through advanced financial modelling and commercial analysis. You will provide critical insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and enhance overall financial performance.

This full-time role is based at our head office in Mulgrave (Nexus Business Park) and is full-time office based.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Budgeting and Forecasting**: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecast P&Ls, including detailed commentary and analysis to ensure accurate financial planning.
- ** Insightful Analysis**: Deliver comprehensive financial and non-financial insights to support key decision-making processes.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with key stakeholders to analyse and monitor financial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- ** Data-Driven Recommendations**: Leverage data to create actionable insights and meaningful recommendations that empower business partners to make informed decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft suite (advanced Excel).
- SAP, SAP BW & Power BI is an advantage
- CPA / CA / CIMA qualified
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- FMCG or manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
