IMDEX is seeking a visionary and strategic
Global Head of Product Management
to lead the transformation of our product function and drive long-term value creation across our global portfolio.

The Opportunity

This newly created executive role pivotal in aligning IMDEX's product management strategy with our overarching corporate goals. You will be responsible for defining and executing a clear product vision, developing comprehensive product roadmaps, and ensuring cohesive portfolio strategies that support innovation, growth, and market leadership.

  • Lead and evolve the global product management function, setting strategic direction and purpose.
  • Oversee all product portfolios, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs.
  • Drive the development and execution of product roadmaps and portfolio strategies.
  • Lead and mentor Product Strategy Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across product development, engineering, commercial, operations, and the Executive team.
  • Champion IMDEX's transformation from a product-centric to a market-focused organisation.

You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in global product management, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving innovation and delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • Extensive experience in product management leadership roles, ideally in technology or industrial sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style and ability to inspire teams across geographies.
  • Experience in organisational transformation and change leadership.
