About The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team at Quartex. In this role, you'll own the vision, strategy, and success of our Resource Disclosure platform (MRMR Disclosures), the leading solution helping mining and resource companies report with transparency, accuracy, and confidence.

You'll thrive if you enjoy combining technical product leadership, domain expertise, and strategic innovation to deliver software that makes a real-world impact across global markets.

As Our Newest Product Manager, You'll

• Define and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Resource Disclosure platform – shaping how the global mining sector modernises compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to translate complex regulatory and technical needs into intuitive, high-impact software solutions.
• Partner with clients, regulators, and industry experts to ensure our platform stays ahead of evolving global standards like JORC, SK-1300, NI-43-101, and CRIRSCO.
• Champion data integrity, auditability, and trust, leveraging automation and AI to simplify validation, streamline workflows, and enhance accuracy.
• Drive product performance and commercial success, owning the P&L, market positioning, and adoption strategy across international markets.
• Lead with curiosity and influence – sharing insights, guiding teams, and representing Quartex as a thought leader in resource governance and ESG innovation.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is a strategic thinker who's curious, collaborative, and commercially minded. You can balance compliance precision with creative product thinking, and know how to inspire cross-functional teams to deliver results.

You'll Also Bring

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geoscience, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Experience in SaaS or mining software, with strong product management skills.
• Understanding of MRMR reporting codes and ESG/IFRS frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
