Brief Description:
We're looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with experience managing subcontractors and delivering technically complex projects. If you have a background in commercial tiling, waterproofing, epoxy coatings, or concrete remediation, this is your opportunity to work with one of the most respected and sought-after names in specialist construction. With projects up to $3M+ across QLD and beyond, this role offers career-defining opportunities.
Client Description:
Our client is an industry pioneer, setting the benchmark for excellence in specialist construction. Renowned for their unrivalled expertise in high-performance commercial tiling, protective coatings, and industrial-grade finishes, they deliver exceptional results for prestigious clients across Australia.
Unlike conventional contractors, they offer a unique, end-to-end service, handling manufacture, supply, and installation—a rare and highly sought-after model that has cemented their reputation as the go-to provider for premium commercial and industrial projects. Their work is seen in Australia's most high-profile aquatic centres, industrial complexes, and commercial developments, and their commitment to quality has positioned them as a dominant force in the industry.
With an unwavering commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence, they are expanding their elite team and seeking a Project Manager who shares their passion for delivering world-class projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive project success from inception to completion.
- Oversee and manage top-tier subcontractor teams across multiple sites.
- Provide leadership to experienced in-house supervisors.
- Manage and execute project programming, planning, and cost control.
- Ensure absolute compliance with contract administration, including EOTs, variations, progress claims, and security of payments.
- Uphold the highest industry standards in WHS, quality control, and risk management.
- Source and engage the best subcontractors to meet project demands.
- Assist in tender preparation and project quoting.
Role Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in specialist construction or commercial projects.
- Proven ability to lead projects with precision, efficiency, and confidence.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control, and project programming.
- Experience in commercial tiling, waterproofing, epoxy coatings, or concrete remediation is highly regarded.
- Highly organised with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Driver's licence required, with the ability to travel within QLD and interstate when necessary.
What's in it for you?
- Unparalleled career opportunity with a market-leading, award-winning company.
- Top-tier salary package + fully maintained company vehicle.
- Work on prestigious, high-profile projects with an elite construction team.
- Hybrid work-from-home options with full trust and autonomy, no micromanagement.
- Be part of an organisation with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and career development.
- Ongoing professional training on specialist materials and construction systems.
- This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class team where your expertise will be recognised, valued, and rewarded. If you're a driven Project Manager looking for the next big step in your career, we want to hear from you
