Independently Owned Radiology Practice – Rochedale & Loganholme

Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare administration career? Quantum Medical Imaging (QMI) is a new and rapidly expanding radiology company, recently acquiring Pulse Radiology as part of its growth into Brisbane.

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is available on a part-time or casual basis, working across our Rochedale and Loganholme clinics. If you're passionate about patient care and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — we'd love to hear from you

This position could be suitable for a junior or entry-level applicant, or for someone looking to start their career in medical administration.

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction – Greet patients warmly, manage appointments, and handle registrations
  • Effective Communication – Assist patients in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Billing Assistance – Support billing and insurance processes for seamless transactions

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – a warm, friendly approach is essential
  • Organisational excellence – ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Customer service experience – prior medical reception experience is preferred, but not required
