Medical Receptionist - Annerley (Full-Time)

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Annerley team on a full-time basis. Shifts are worked between 7:00am and 6:00pm (7.6 hours) on a rotating roster, which may include shifts at other Brisbane South clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
  • Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
  • Operate our booking system efficiently.
  • Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
  • Adaptability to various databases and systems.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
