Overview

Position: Medical Receptionist

Location: Wesley Hospital, Auchenflower

Hours: 10-hour days, 4 days per week on a rotating roster between 6:30am to 9pm. Weekend work on a rotating roster between 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage appointment bookings and patient inquiries over the phone in our dedicated contact centre.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
