We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Annerley team on a Full-Time basis.Shifts are worked between 7:00am and 6:00pm (7.6 hours duration) on a rotating roster, which may include shifts at other Brisbane South clinics.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will: Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
Operate our booking system efficiently.
Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring: Flexibility in working hours.

Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
Adaptability to various databases and systems.
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
