- Lead the implementation and improvement of quality and service systems, ensuring alignment with Toyota's operational standards and objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between Quality, Service, regional teams, and the Dealer network to support program integration, issue resolution, and performance reporting.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on quality standards, driving consistent continuous improvement (Kaizen) practices and dealer capability uplift.
- Analyse performance data, recommend countermeasures, and support achievement of service and business development goals.
- Coordinate stakeholder forums and maintain open communication on program progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Support supplier selection and management to ensure quality service delivery at the best cost, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- A degree in business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
