Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join our team in a Robotics role. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for facilitating a learning culture that ensures continuous improvement and professional development.

In this role, you will maintain professional and constructive working relationships with our partners, utilizing a customer service mindset to enable high-quality patient outcomes. You will also provide clinical operational direction for the unit, ensuring efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based.

The successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources. They will coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, undertake direct patient care as required, and mentor staff.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Working with Children's check
  • Current or previous ANUM or Clinical Nurse Specialist experience (desirable)
  • Experience in Scrub Scout/ Robotics specifically
  • Sound clinical knowledge
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive role modeling behaviors
  • Excellent customer service focus, time management, and prioritization
