Massage Therapist

As a successful and well-established wellness centre, our point of differentiation

lies in the ancient practice of Ayurvedic Massage. Located in the heart of Bondi, we

specialise in providing a wide range of authentic and ancient massage therapies.

Our solutions are holistic incorporating medical practitioners and a team of

specialists that will ensure that each journey of healing is both relaxing and

rewarding.

Treating a range of ailments ranging from stress, addictions or other health issues,

our treatments are designed to build vitality, restore the mind/body and rebuild

your immune system.

As 2024 – 2025 marks a period of continued success for our organisation, we now

wish to employ a new family member (either a FT or PT Massage Therapist) for our

Bondi practise. Please note – all training and development in the ancient art of

Ayurvedic Massage will be provided as part of your onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are

maintained

• Hands on treatment of patients / customers

• Engage with clients to discuss symptoms, medical history, and desired

outcomes

• Assess clients to identify areas of discomfort or tension in the body

• Performing manipulation techniques on muscles or other soft tissues

utilising Ayurvedic principles and fundamentals

• Record clients condition utilising internal CRM

• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring each treatment is individual

and unique

• Instigate collaboration with internal team (Doctors and other team

members)

• Discuss ongoing treatment packages

• Ensure guests expectations are exceeded during their wellness experience

• Turn over massage linen and cleaning the treatment room in between

treatments

• Ensuring massage facilities are clean, hygienic, safe and compliant at all

times

• Schedule appointments on a daily basis

Key Criteria

• Truly passionate about massage therapy and possesses a genuine desire to

make a difference

• Personable, empathetic, and enjoys treating others in a safe, clean and

highly professional environment

• An individual that thrives in a team centric environment

• A passion for the ancient art of Ayurvedic principles and philosophy

• Certificate and Diploma in Deep tissue and remedial Massage experience is

preferred (desirable but not a necessity)

• Must have FULL WORKING RIGHTS
