Equifund Financial Group is an award-winning asset finance brokerage company based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs of Bondi Junction. We are a team of young, motivated, and hard-working individuals.

We provide business financing solutions nation-wide. The company specialises in financing new and used commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, as well as providing unsecured financing solutions to all businesses across the country, teaming up with the best and most competitive banks and financial institutions known throughout Australia. In short, we provide loans to businesses primarily in transport, construction, mining and agriculture.

THE ROLE - 2 years outbound sales experience needed

  • Effective communication
  • Consistent outbound cold calling
  • Ability to search for potential leads and opportunities
  • Being able to manage the database and daily tasks set
  • Using critical thinking to effectively provide optimal solutions for Equifund clients
  • Building relationships with referral partners to assist them with their business sales.
  • Excelling in active inbound and outbound calls to clients
  • Acting as an intermediary between various B2B parties
  • Liaising with financial institutions regarding credit and settlement applications.

  • Confidence to speak on the phone

  • Ability to hit and exceed KPIs
