As part of our Rapid Repair division, you'll lead with impact, ensuring that every repair is delivered to the highest standard while supporting and mentoring your team to reach their full potential.

About the Role

This is an exciting, fast-paced, office-based role, where you'll play a key part in scheduling and managing repairs from the office, while also assist in responding to Make Safes for Catastrophic Weather Events.

The successful applicant will undertake the management of a team of desktop supervisors who are managing a mix of make safes, specialist reporting and supervising minor repairs from the office, utilising our industry leading technology and delivering best-in-class customer experience through rapid life cycles.

This is a leadership role with real influence. You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of desktop supervisors, ensuring they deliver on KPIs and maintain quality outcomes.
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and performance management to build capability within the team.
  • Work alongside senior leaders to drive strategy, capacity planning, and client outcomes.
  • Oversee scheduling, allocation, and repair coordination, ensuring timely completion of jobs able to be run from the desktop, providing a complete range of fast track, high volume building services.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
  • Engage directly with customers, insurers, and trades to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.

  • Strong people management skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical building knowledge or trade background is desirable.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
