Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of your property portfolio
• Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and trades
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Prepare and sign lease renewals
• Manage rent reviews, increases, and arrears
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Property Management experience
• A current Real Estate Licence
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
