Work alongside a highly experienced, dedicated and passionate residential manager to ensure a homely, collaborative & thriving home environment. **About the role** Working as a care coordinator you will be working within the leadership team you will lead, motivate & develop your clinical team ensuring that a high level of person-centred clinical care is provided to residents. Are you a registered nurse looking for the next step in your career to a leadership role? Or an experienced leader, utilising your excellent communication, you will provide overall clinical guidance & advice to residents surrounding their clinical care, undertaking resident case conferences & assessments ensuring care & lifestyle needs are met & maintained. Having previous experience with the training & development of clinical team members, you will be a collaborative leader with the ability to recognise areas for improvements/educational opportunities for your team.
