**About the roles**

An exciting opportunity has become available for two passionate Medical Receptionists to join the team at our Cockburn branch on a part time basis.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

- The ability to multitask in busy situations
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A friendly personality with the ability to communicate with individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
- Previous experience within a customer service role would be highly regarded._

**The following are the hours for each position.**

**Position 1: Part Time - 60 hours per fortnight.**

Current worked as 7.5 hours on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

**Position 2: Part Time - 45 hours per fortnight.**

Currently worked as 7.5 hours on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Flexibility to participate in the Saturday roster is a requirement of these roles._
