**Receptionist (entry level role)**:

We are currently seeking a casual junior receptionist to join our growing team based in Osborne Park and provide cover approximately four times per month. Experience is not necessary and full training will be provided. There might be potential to go for full time hours on busy period/ leave coverage. Office hours will be: 8:30-5pm and this will be casual employment. We are located in Osborne Park.

**The Role**:

- General reception and office administration duties
- Liaising with clients via telephone, greeting and assisting clients, customers and members of the public when they attend our offices
- Answering and functioning of a busy switchboard
- Typing and data entry
- Filing & Scanning
- Daily Mail
- Assisting the team with day-to-day support
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times

**About you**:

- Liking people is a must
- experience in customer service is essential;
- Proven ability to hold a conversation; delivering a high level of customer service with a smile;
- Professional telephone manner;
- Multi-tasker
- Attention to detail
- Bubbly personality
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products is desired but not essential

The successful applicant will be required to provide a Police Clearance valid within 3 months of commencement and are expected to have current and valid work rights in Australia.
