The KidSafe Connect Transformation Program is a business and digital transformation led by the Department for Child Protection to reimagine how we connect, support, and protect children and families.

As Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving complex, high-impact projects that contribute to lasting systemic change. This role demands a strong focus on stakeholder engagement - building trust, maintaining alignment, and ensuring that key voices are heard throughout the transformation journey.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability is essential. Plans may shift, priorities may change, and your ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence will be key to success.

In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects within the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure project outcomes deliver measurable business value, with a strong focus on benefits realisation and service improvement.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and quality in accordance with departmental governance and assurance frameworks.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies and escalate appropriately to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including progress against milestones, budget, risks, and benefits realisation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the KSC Program Leadership Team to ensure cohesive collaboration and strategic alignment.
