About the Business

With over 20 years of experience and two locations, we are a bustling salon offering a full range of beauty treatments and products. Our salon operates in a fast-paced environment, catering to a wide variety of services, including waxing, lash lifts, tanning, and a complete selection of facials and skin treatments like Dermapen, IPL, and Hydrafacial.

About the Role

We are searching for a Front of House team member—someone who is naturally outgoing, and thrives in a busy, high-energy salon. If you're amazing at customer service, love connecting with people, and can confidently hold a conversation with anyone, we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who not only has a passion for the beauty industry but is also motivated to help our therapists reach their KPI targets and support them throughout the day. You must be confident, proactive, and genuinely enjoy working with both clients and team members.

Please note: Our busiest time of year is December, and we do not approve any leave during this month. Availability throughout the entire December period is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver outstanding, warm, and engaging customer service
  • Greet every client with confidence and build strong rapport from the moment they walk in
  • Support therapists in reaching their daily KPI targets
  • Confidently assist clients with all aspects of their booking—over the phone and in person
  • Confidently mulitasking must be a superpower
  • Demonstrate exceptional phone manner and communication skills
  • Work autonomously while being a strong team player
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy salon culture
  • Availability for late-night shifts and Saturdays is required
  • Full availability during the month of December is mandatory

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is a natural conversationalist and thrives in busy, people-facing roles
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and a confident phone manner
  • Can work independently and take initiative, while also being supportive of others
  • Has previous customer service or front desk/reception experience (beauty salon experience highly regarded)
  • Brings positivity, energy, and professionalism to every interaction
