The successful applicant will possess:
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Genuine desire to learn, evolve and adapt in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude and interest in exceptional customer service
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends and evening/late night shifts
- Professional, punctual and well-presented
- A current RSA
- At least 2 years experience in customer service and/or hospitality and tourism
- Wine knowledge is beneficial, but not required
